What is Microting eForm

XML / JSON is sent from "Your system" to dedicated server at Microting, after which data is prepared for synchronisation on Your system Android/iOS tablets / smartphones.

Your systems employees synchronise their tablet / smartphone via 3G / 4G or Wi-Fi. Data collection takes place offline and is therefore completely independent of functioning Internet connection.

When data is collected, Your systems employee synchronises their tablet / smartphone via 3G / 4G or Wi-Fi, after which collected data is sent to Microting. XML / JSON is prepared as Your system then extracts, extracts and stores.

How is the system build up?

Synchronization

On the synchronization screen, the checklists are sent and retrieved via 3G / 4G and / or Wi-Fi. When the checklists are synchronized, all data is collected offline.

Employees

If several employees share the same device, employee login screen is displayed. Employee name is chosen, after which documentation can be started.

If there is only one employee attached to the device, the employee login screen will not be displayed.

Checklist Groups

A checklist group can contain one or more underlying checklist groups. A checklist group contains on the lower level one or more checklists. When all checklist group underlying checklists are completed, the color of the checklist group changes from red to green.

eForms

The eForm contain one or more data fields in which the documentation itself is made. When a eForm is completed, the color of the checklist changes from red to green.

Narration is associated with the entire checklist.

The audio file is saved in the device audio format.

The recording is added under the checklist.

When the button is pressed briefly, the recording can be listened to.

By pressing Conditionally approved and Save, entered values are saved and returned to the previous level.

The checklist now changes from red to yellow which shows the employee that the checklist is conditionally approved or that the employee has to document non-obligatory areas.

If the list of Text, Image, Speech, Approved, Conditionally Approved and Not Approved is not displayed, use Chklist_Total_Gem2.

By pressing Save, all entered checklist fields are saved and returned to the previous level.

Window can be displayed with instructions / information to employee.

Window adapted to the amount of information. Text cannot be edited on device.

Field type: single_select_search

Searchable list with selection of one value related checklist field.

Value is written in the search box, after which only search values are displayed in list.

Value is selected and Save is pressed.

Field type: single_select

List of selection of one value related checklist field.

When value is selected, returned to checklist.

Field type: choose_entity

Recommended to be used when the number of identical options exceeds 10 and when the list is used in two or more checklists.

When value is selected, returned to checklist.

List of several values associated with the checklist field.

When values are selected, press Save and return to checklist.

Fieldtype: number

Entering the numeric value of the checklist field.

By clicking on the field, numeric keypad appears.

Entered value is displayed directly in field.

Field type: text

Entering alphanumeric characters in new window associated with checklist field.

When characters are written, press Save and return to checklist.

Field type: check_box

The checkmark is set / removed by pressing the box and / or text associated with the checklist field.

Field type: picture

One or more images can be attached to the checklist field.

Images are added under the checklist.

Fieldtype: show_pdf

PDF fil tilhørende tjekliste-feltet. PDF-fil vises i enhedens PDF-viewer.

Ved tryk på enhedens indbyggede Back-knap, returneres til tjeklisten.

Fieldtype: date

Dato tilknyttes tjeklistefeltet.

Kalender vises og dato vælges, som vises i felt efter tryk på Gem.

Field type: hours

Stopwatch can be started and stopped, for example for use in time recording.

When time recording is started, Start switches to Stop.

By pressing Stop, the clock stops, total time is displayed and Start is displayed.

Pressing Start again starts the clock and switches to Stop. New time is added to total time.

Field type: signature

Signature can be written on screen, for example for use as a receipt.

When the signature is written and saved, the signature appears in the field after pressing Save.
